Goddess Alive Radio is delighted to welcome author Stephanie Anderson Ladd to talk about her new book Goddesses of Self Care: 30 Divine Feminine Archetypes to Guide You released this Spring.
Stephanie unfolds a special group of Goddesses to support us through situations like creativity, grief, rest and being present, anxiety, healing, and body and sexuality. Many Goddesses are well-loved and well-known (Athena, Brigid, Freya, Isis, Kuan Yin, and more), but Stephanie also brings in less obvious Goddesses such as Usha, the Black Madonnas, Akhilandeshwari, and Bear Woman.
Stephanie brings us a beautiful book with beautiful practices and Goddess connection. We loved the combination of Goddess myth and Stephanie’s background in psychotherapy and the illustrations are LUSH! More Self Care is needed and the Goddesses are here to guide us!
