Hello Everyone,
August has been an amazingly busy astrological month, and it’s not over yet. With seven planets (including Chiron) all retrograde, once again we are looking back to the past for lessons that still need to be understood and problems that still need solutions. It is interesting that the current issues in Afghanistan go back twenty years (2001), which was the last time we had Jupiter/Saturn conjunction in air signs. Both Jupiter and Saturn have been moving in the air sign Aquarius since mid-December 2020. What do we need to do differently now? Whether we are dealing with a terrorist or virus resurgence, fear and blame will not solve the problems now. Humanity is getting ready for a major leap. We are now moving into an entirely new frequency download for the Aquarian Age, which was further empowered by the 8:8 Lion’s Gate New Moon in Leo. This is the inception of a new Timeline if we have the perception to realize it amidst the din of the old one collapsing. We need the clear-headed thinking of Aquarius energy to cut through the morass and make intelligent decisions for the future. It is highly significant that this is the second of two consecutive Full Moons in Aquarius. This second Full Moon is very positive, as it comes in with Jupiter’s expansiveness, and since it occurs in 29 degrees Aquarius. Twenty-nine degrees is a completion phase of an entire cycle; we are moving on. Welcome to the graduating Class of 10,500 BCE!

FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS AUGUST 22, 2021:
During this Full Moon, we are more receptive to receiving and giving information on a body/mind/spirit level. The sign of Aquarius is ruled by the planet Uranus called the “Great Awakener” and the planet is connected with the electrical circuitry in our brains and mental acuity. With the Aquarius/Leo polarity humanity is learning the karmic lessons of balancing heart and intellect; personal power with a group mind. Now, with this Blue Full Moon in Aquarius (opposite the Sun-sign in Leo, the Lion), we are integrating huge lessons learned since 2017.
On a psychological level, the integration of Leo and Aquarius is about discovering one’s authentic voice and individual creative expression and using your gifts (no matter what they are) to bring more joy and light to the planet. In order to do this, it is often necessary to confront any fears (the shadow) about speaking your truth. It is also about not being manipulated or mind-controlled by the opinions of others; however, this is your choice. Not everyone will choose a compassionate heart over greed and power. Relationships may end; situations may crumble around you, as what is not truly in alignment with your Higher Self falls away. Maintain your balance by focusing on your solar plexus and release any old “cords” that bind you. Practice forgiveness and letting go of old resentments and anger. What you believe is what you get now. The split-off of the third dimension is becoming more and more apparent now as you release aspects of your old self. You have a choice now to allow more Light into your consciousness, and as you do, your third eye expands, and your perception shifts to the New Timeline. You truly step out of the old paradigm into the new. As Edgar Cayce said, this could happen “in the blink of an eye”.
On a physical level, this Full Moon can be another super-charged electrical aspect. There may be a “buzzy” feeling inside our cells, as well as a busyness to everyday reality. It is very important to remain grounded now, but also open to new ideas and progressive thinking. Yoga, meditation, astrology, acupuncture, reiki, energy healing are all ways to work with the electrical energy in the body; and above else, drink LOTS of water and remember to BREATHE.
PLANETARY PICTURES:
Full Moon Conjunct Jupiter in Aquarius: This Full Moon in Aquarius is also Sextile Jupiter at 26 degrees Aquarius. This is a very beneficial aspect. Jupiter is supporting your personal growth and expansion at this time, as it frees you from old ties that have been holding you back; in essence, this signals emotional freedom on a personal and collective level. If you have been holding yourself back because of old karmic commitments and agreements (from this lifetime or others), you can feel a sense of relief that began back in mid-December of 2020 and will continue to expand into 2023. This does not mean that you ignore or abandon personal responsibilities or relationships in your life, but it allows you to bring more of yourself to the table without feeling overburdened or victimized. Aquarius is all about personal breakthroughs, and with the Moon, it is how you feel about events that make the difference. Jupiter with the Moon brings more spontaneity and joy into the equation. Sometimes, it is necessary to break free of collective judgments and beliefs and act according to your own conscience. A few hours after the Full Moon, the Sun will move into Virgo allowing you to have more clarity around what these changes may be in your life.
The Grand Air Trine: Venus in Libra trine Saturn in Aquarius Retrograde Trine North Node in Gemini forms a Grand Air Trine, which is another very positive aspect during this Full Moon. We can now make very responsible, “adult” changes in relationships that may have been challenging in the past. Venus is in her home sign of relationships in Libra and very ready to bestow her grace, whether it is business or pleasure, or both. Saturn in Aquarius is the adult here and very open to being objective and understanding in establishing productive conversations and meaningful resolutions. The North Node in Gemini signals an open forum for dialogue in relationships and creative collaboration. Say what you need to say now; open communication and dialogue can be very effective with a Grand Air Trine!
Venus Conjunct Mars in Virgo Trine Uranus in Taurus: This is very positive grounding energy (Virgo) amidst the winds of change (Uranus). The earth signs are all about practical planning and “boots on the ground”. This is a good time for setting a new health regime, strategizing for new career options, and generally, making practical plans to improve your daily life. The Sun will move into Virgo a few hours after the Full Moon further emphasizing the energy for taking care of the details in our everyday affairs, especially in regard to establishing a healthy routine with diet and exercise, since Virgo rules the digestive tract and Taurus rules food. Beginning a program when earth planets are favored means a more likelihood of success.
HISTORICALLY SPEAKING:
In ancient Egypt, from mid-July to mid-August, signaled the rising of the Star Sirius, the rising of the Nile, and the celebration of the Egyptian New Year. The goddess Nut was the sky goddess, the Great cosmic Mother. Creatrix of all matter and Mother of the Gods, she birthed the Milky Way from her womb. In hieroglyphs, her symbol is the sacred war jar, the grail. She was depicted in every temple and every tomb, as all blessings flowed from her. She was especially prominent at the Temple of Dendera, where was associated with Isis, Hathor, and the star Sirius and the life-giving waters of the Nile and the Milky Way. She is the Goddess of the New Age, who offers hope for a future filled with Universal Wisdom and Love. Like the Star in the tarot deck, she is our Galactic Mother, who connects us to the stars but also gives life to all living beings on Earth. “As Above, So Below.”
FULL MOON MEDITATION WITH GODDESS NUT:
Find a quiet space to meditate, light a white candle. Breathe deeply and feel yourself connecting from the core of the planet to the heart of the Milky Way. As you do this, you feel a blue-white shaft of the light beam from the center of the galaxy into your third eye igniting your “inner fire” and inspiration. This is your connection with the Sky Goddess Nut. This blue-white beam turns into a beautiful blue lotus and opens in your heart center. You are one with the Goddess Nut. You are in alignment and flow with Universal Love. This blue-white flame has extinguished any lingering fear in your heart. Now, imagine your body as a chalice or grail holding this new frequency, and ask Goddess Nut to assist you in manifesting your new future. You have left behind your old patterns of self-doubt, self-judgment, and guilt. This may be a new vision or one you have been holding on to for many years or lifetimes until this present moment unfolds. If you are not clear on what your purpose is right now, it is fine. It will come to you now that you have connected with the cosmic Mother Nut. Pay attention to your dreams and meditations for answers. Use the energy of this Full Moon to help you redefine your mission statement for the future, and to aid you in releasing what no longer serves your higher purpose. You are birthing your inner Divine Child. Be patient and be compassionate with yourself and others. This is the dawning of a New Age.
