Hello Everyone,
This is the month in which we celebrate Spring Equinox (March 20th) in the Northern hemisphere, heralding the return of the sun and new life. This New Moon is accompanied by the Sun, Venus and Neptune all in the water sign of Pisces. Mother Nature is sending the message that it is time to open our hearts and minds to a new vision. Spring is the time for new life, new love, new hope; but new growth cannot happen in barren, lifeless soil. It is time to step out of darkness into the light. The New Moon is the time for seeding your new intentions. Dare to breathe new life into your dreams now!
The theme of Pisces is one of unconditional love and acceptance, which always begins with the self. Perhaps, this is the hardest lesson of all twelve zodiac signs, but the most important of all. Pay attention to your inner world. Without guidance from Spirit, it is easy to get lost amidst the din of the 3D world.
NEW EGYPT NEWS: I am very excited to share the news that I will be going “live” on FB from Egypt for spring equinox. Last spring 2020, the Sekhmet Rising class was birthed during my stay in Egypt. This spring, I have been given the message to work specifically with Hathor’s energy while in Egypt, “Sacred Sensuality and the Art of Relationship”. Look for my future announcement of this class for Mystery School of the Goddess. You can follow my trip on my FB pages: Mary Lomando/The Egyptian Blue Lotus.

NEW MOON IN PISCES MARCH 13, 2021
This New Moon falls in the sign of Pisces, the twelfth sign of the zodiac; the mutable, shape-shifting, water sign which rules the magical, emotional realms of the subconscious and dream worlds. It is the sign of the poet and mystic; the artist and healer; the savior and sinner; the shaman and physicist. The sign of Pisces is considered the “Key to the Subconscious” and the vast ocean of collective human memory. Edgar Cayce calls this the akashic record. Memories and dreams which have been buried just below consciousness now come to the surface to offer more insight and information. This is a good time to look to your dreams for messages.
Pisces is probably the most misunderstood sign of the zodiac and, like its symbol, the two fishes swimming in opposite directions, it is a sign that embraces both duality and Oneness…the universe where subatomic physics and religion merge. The age of Pisces was associated with the symbol of the fish; now as we move forward in our evolutionary process, Pisces becomes the “Grail” which holds the elixir of life, symbolizing our baptism in the New Age. Think about where you can give or receive more love in your life; where you can refrain from judging others negatively; where you can help someone in need…and always offer thanks for whatever is good in your life.
This New Moon in Pisces will highlight your inner Muse. This is a message from the Universe to pay more attention to the creative, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life now. Pisces is your inner Healer and Psychic. Pay attention to their messages now. Positive ways to channel this Piscean energy: meditation, yoga, listen to music, watch a good film, have a reflexology massage, or just spend some quiet time with yourself. We cannot be of service to others, if we do not pay attention to our own needs.

Personally Speaking:
The highest expression of Pisces energy is unconditional love and service to others. The Piscean nature is usually very compassionate, artistic and psychic. Because they crave beauty and serenity, Pisces may often become overwhelmed, disappointed, disillusioned and betrayed by the harsh and ugly sides of life. Whether it is in spirituality, art or addiction, escape from reality becomes the Pisces survival mode. Pisceans are very sensitive and emotional creatures, but they can also get lost in their own inner worlds. Pisceans are highly sensitive and often suffer from depression and addiction more than most signs, so it is essential for them to have positive peer groups for support and assistance in their healing process. But this same sensitivity also makes them amazing healers and artists; however, they can become overloaded with emotional stuff from other people, as well as their own.
It is important for those who have strong Piscean planets in the birth chart (Sun, Moon, Neptune, Ascendant) to have a spiritual focus in their lives, as well as, a creative outlet. Spending time in nature and/or bonding with animals is very healing for the heart chakra. Since Pisceans are also more sensitive to drugs and alcohol, refraining from these substances is important for their overall health. Pisces rules the unconscious and the creative process of the right brain, so many actors, poets, musicians, artists, photographers, spiritual leaders, and scientists have Pisces planets prominent in their birth charts. Often times, Pisceans choose to work in hospitals or healing establishments devoted to the care of others.
Since Pisces rules the feet, as well as the lymph system of the body, reflexology massage and foot baths are important elements for health. Staying grounded with your feet firmly planted on the ground is a lifelong learning curve for Pisceans. Drinking lots of water and herbal teas helps to eliminate toxins as well as to relax and cleanse the mind. Forgiveness and compassion all begin at home.
PLANETARY ASPECTS: We have another month with no retrograde plants, so enjoy the movement forward!
New Moon Conjunct Venus and Neptune in Pisces Sextile Pluto in Capricorn: Both Moon and Venus represent the feminine Goddess archetypes, emotions and love. Neptune is the higher octave of Venus symbolizing both spiritual love and divine inspiration and is very much at home in Pisces, the sign of its rulership. Creativity, inspiration and love are all favored by this powerful aspect with Pluto, the god of the underworld. What has been slowly refined and forged in the unconscious realms is now ready to see the light of day. Think of the months spent in solitude and reflection in 2020. Now is the time to nourish those dreams. Miracles can occur with loving attention!
Mars in Gemini Trine Saturn in Aquarius: Mars in Gemini is making a positive trine aspect to Saturn and both are in air signs signaling that this is a time for serious, but progressive ideas to move forward. Mars is very communicative in Gemini; lots of chatter; but Saturn in Aquarius recognizes what works and what doesn’t. The Gemini Trickster is no match for wise-old Saturn (Merlin) in Aquarius. This is an excellent aspect for projects that require multi-tasking. New and innovative ideas can be shared much faster when Mars is in Gemini.
Saturn in Aquarius Square Uranus in Taurus: Since this is the big transit picture of 2021 it bears repeating. This aspect symbolizes frustration and stress that has been building for a long time (Saturn) and wants to be released (Uranus). The pressure cooker lid is off! The square brings a situation up to awareness; it cannot be ignored. You finally see why something is happening and take the appropriate action. This first hit of the energy can be quite stressful (February 17), but it will give clues as to what the following two time periods will be about (mid- summer and end of the year). Collectively, this transit is about financial stability and reforming structures and systems. On a personal level, it is extremely important to pay attention to your body. Do not ignore anything that comes up right now as a physical problem. Your body is talking. If you experience headaches, restlessness or insomnia during this time, your nervous system may be on overload. Drink more water containing electrolytes and vitamin C (avoid chemical additives and sweeteners). Whatever reduces stress in your life, do more of: meditation, yoga, walking, deep breathing, stretching, and of course, being in nature. Saturn in Aquarius rules the spine, lower legs and ankles. Staying grounded is essential.
Pisces is the 12th and last sign of the zodiac and has been traditionally associated with Spiritual realms, as well as healing. In ancient Egypt, it was symbolized by the Egyptian God, Nefertum, the patron of aromatherapy and sacred oils. In Egyptian mythology, Nefertum was depicted as a lotus flower rising from the primal waters at the creation of the world. The science of aromatherapy or “scent alchemy” in ancient Egypt was a sacred art and intrinsic in magical ceremonies and ritual. The blue lotus is depicted on every temple and tomb signifying the codes for immortality. We know that scent opens up pathways in the brain associated with memories. Oils also carry electromagnetic frequency. Our brains get amped up, and new neuronal pathways open up. One of the best ways to release emotional overload is by aromatherapy massage. It stimulates cellular memory and releases toxins at the same time; a wonderful way to treat yourself during the Pisces Moon!
MEDITATION WITH EGYPTIAN GOD, NEFERTUM, GOD OF THE BLUE LOTUS:
Find a quiet and safe space to meditate; light a white candle. Take a few deep breaths, empty your mind, and relax. You are now ready to set your intention for healing and releasing old toxic emotions. Breathe deeply and feel yourself connecting from the deepest core of the planet to the heart of the Milky Way. Standing before you, you see a beautiful young man with a blue lotus flower opening on his 7th chakra. He is Nerfertum, the Egyptian god of the cosmic lotus, who rises every morning with the sun. Nefertum leads you to a lovely reflective pool filled with blue lotus flowers. Their fragrance uplifts your senses and opens your crown chakra. You notice that the flowers also emit a musical tone. As you hear this vibration, a code is unlocked within your DNA. You feel a cosmic blue-white shaft of light beam from the New Moon directly into your third eye. This beam grows and grows into spinning sun of diamond white light, which spins itself into to your Heart. Now, feel the diamond “sun” turn morph into a beautiful blue lotus, which opens in your heart. Imagine your entire body getting nourished from the nectar of this diamond sun and blue lotus flower. Take some time to feel this liquid light spread throughout your entire body. Ask your guides to help align you with your highest soul purpose during this time. Give thanks for all that you have seen and felt. You are now walking in the Light of your higher consciousness in peace and love.
Blessings, Mary
