HAPPY FULL MOON IN SAGITTARIUS!
This Full Moon is also called the Strawberry Moon, the Mead Moon, the Honey Moon, and the Rose Moon. I love the synchronicity with our Animal Ally for this divination!
The Cosmos are busy with this last moon before we enter the eclipse season in July! Eclipse season starts with the July 2 New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer. Mary Lomando and I will be doing a podcast this week to give you all the details and also to talk about Mercury Retrograde. The shadow phase of Mercury Retrograde begins June 20 (but has been rearing its head already!) and the official dates for retrograde stations is July 7 (in Leo) and August 1 (in Cancer).
Neptune is a big player during this lunation so expect the dreaminess of Neptune to infuse the Full Moon and the week. On the higher side of vibration, the dreaminess encourages us to expand our potential, to vision what is possible. Just don’t expect too much actionable energy to be around to move you forward. On the lower side of vibration, Neptune can be like fog – thick and disorienting.
There are many different aspects this week, so I am linking up one of my favorite astrologers, Armand from Integral Astrology, with his weekly analysis – listen here.
Even with all of the other cosmic influences, the Sagittarius Moon brings a joyful energy, an urge for adventure, and an opening to curiosity. Pay attention to the synchronicities, the omens, that may appear for you in this lunation. The energy of this moon is especially favorable for Divination!
The Sag Full Moon is also aligning with and shining light directly into the Galactic Center – the heart of the Milky Way. The energy is potent and gives us the opportunity to align our heart with the Galactic Center of our Universe. Our destiny points are activated and we are being given messages that support our highest expression in this life.

GODDESS: AINE – Adaptability
Aine (brightness, glow, joy, radiance; splendour, glory, fame) is the Irish Goddess that is celebrated at Midsummer. She is also known as the Faery Queen of Munster and is said to live at Knockainy Hill. Originally, Aine was a Sun Goddess and she assumed the form of Lair Derg (“red mare”) which was a horse that no one could outrun. Fire rites and blessings of the land were performed at Knockainy Hill in Her honor, particularly at the time of Midsummer. Aine also has a sister, Grian, who may be a manifestation of the Goddess Macha. Grian presides over the dark half of the year and Aine over the light half of the year.
How fitting that a Faery Queen presented Herself for our June Full Moon Divination! She brings fire and magick to our lunation, pulling us into the possibilities for Midsummer. We can be like children again, romping in nature, splashing in sacred waters, dozing in the afternoon sun, and chasing fireflies at dusk.
The astrology is a bit challenging for the next two weeks, so let us take Aine’s message of adaptability to heart. When the energy feels intense, take a pause. Step back, breathe, and even curl up on the porch with a good book. Resistance is futile and flexibility is the key.

ANIMAL ALLY: BEE SPIRIT – Sweet Results Await!
With Bee Spirit, we have an animal ally that is a potent symbol of Goddess!
In the time of ancient Greece, and particularly in the temples of Artemis, Aphrodite, Demeter but also of Cybele, Diana and Rhea, priestesses were called the Melissae, which translates as ‘the bees.’ The Goddess as the Great Mother was sometimes titled Melissa, literally, ‘the Queen Bee.’ Some classical sources describe these priestesses as young and virgin, others tell us the designation of Melissae was a title of honor, bestowed due to devotion and labor for the Great Mother by a certain individual, which was above and beyond the ordinary. The Pythian oracular priestess at Delphi was known as the Delphic Bee, and the emblem of a bee was placed on Delphic coins in her honor. Bees sometimes appear on the statues of Artemis, and the officiates at Eleusis during the celebration of the Mysteries were called Bees. (Mirror of Isis)
As we move through this lunation and head for eclipse season, take the messages of bee to heart. Bee Spirit buzzes our awareness with sweet messages of diligence, creativity, and beauty. Who is part of your “hive”? Are you supported in your creative efforts? How can you improve your honey-making abilities? Where is the sweet in your life?

CRYSTALS FOR FULL MOON LUNATION
FUCHSITE (pictured above): Sometimes called the Fairy Stone, or the Wish Stone, Fuchsite vibrates to the heart, inviting joy, miracles, and spontaneous FUN. Do you need some uplifting energy? An infusion of BLISS? Fuchsite is the stone for you and invites guardians and allies to assist you through challenging times.
GREEN CALCITE: Green Calcite can be used to assist in the manifestation process. Green Calcite will also bring in the energy of trust, allowing that what has been manifested will be received. It is a wonderful stone to utilize for those who raise and tend to gardens, plants, and herbs.
Use Green Calcite when working with the Heart Chakra to bring emotional balance and knowledge of Divine Love. Great for body layouts, Green Calcite can be placed directly on the Heart Chakra to forge a better connection between the nadis (energy channels) and chakras. Helpful for reaching mental balance, Green Calcite helps to dissolve old energy patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back. Green Calcite assists during times of mental change or big transitions.
FLUORITE: Fluorite brings heart healing and opening! Fluorite absorbs and transforms negativity and stress. Use it to shift your energy within all of your bodies – emotional, physical, energetic. It helps to align (especially the green) and balance your upper and lower chakras. Fluorite also brings a sparkle of positivity – carry the stone and use in meditation for extra clarity, focus, and connection to positive energy.
OILS/HERBS FOR THIS LUNATION
YLANG YLANG ESSENTIAL OIL – I call this my BLISS oil. Ylang-Ylang is one of the most ancient anti-depressants on the planet. It is all natural (and is a Vegan product through NYR Organic). Ylang-Ylang penetrates straight to our Heart Chakra and induces a strong sense of well-being and bliss. The scent increases feelings of joy and hope.
Ylang-Ylang also has a sedative quality that allows us to step back from stressful and traumatic situations. It provides a buffer and the space for us to connect with our heart and release the emotions that no longer serve us. This is an essential oil that directly supports spiritual and emotional balance.
Recommended Ylang Ylang Essential Oil: Aura Cacia
GRAPEFRUIT ESSENTIAL OIL– Grapefruit Oil is my go-to oil when I am feeling sluggish and need an energy boost. It energizes the Solar Plexus Chakra and imbues a sense of “can do” and well-being. If you have a project to complete, this is the oil to diffuse as it has a stimulating effect on the mind and induces alertness.
Grapefruit Oil has a clean, zippy scent that is completely refreshing. Grapefruit oil is naturally energizing and does not have that furniture polish lemon scent. Use this oil for stimulation, relief of anxiety and stress, and for those days that you are in the doldrums.
