It is with great delight and Goddess cheers that I share with you all that Karen Tate has a NEW book out – Voices of the Sacred Feminine: Conversations to Re-Shape Our World and it is now available through Amazon!
The book is based on Karen’s long-running show Voices of the Sacred Feminine and her landmark interviews with movers and shakers in Goddess Spirituality, authors, visionaries, and activists. There are five glorious sections to the book and 41 inspirational voices:
1. Sacred Feminine: Deity, Archetype and Ideal which includes voices of the Goddess movement like Charlene Spretnak, Barbara Walker, Selena Fox, Joan Norton, Candace Kant, and more.
2. Embracing the Sacred Feminine: Ritual and Healing with transcripts from interviews with Normandi Ellis, Elizabeth Fisher, Dr. Isadora Leidenfrost,, ALisa Starkweather, and more.
3. Sacred Feminine Values – Alternatives to Patriarchy: Politics and Social Change includes Noam Chomsky, Riane Eisler, Jean Shinoda-Bolen and more.
4. Rebirthing the Sacred Feminine: Sacred Activism with calls to action from Starhawk, Matthew Fox, Fr. Roy Bourgeois, and more.
5. In Memory of Layne Redmond – a touching memorial and inclusion about the incredible Layne Redmond.
No matter how you approach the Sacred Feminine, there is something to uplift, inform, and engage you in this book.
I have delighted in reading a chapter or two before bed and in many instances, after reading, I go back to the archives of Voices of the Sacred Feminine Radio Show and listen to the original interview; savoring the wisdom, the community, and the beautiful tapestry that is being woven here.
Karen Tate is doing important work by engaging so many amazing humans in conversations about Goddess! Read an excerpt from Voices of the Sacred Feminine on Kali-Ma.
I am also delighted that Karen will be joining us on Goddess Alive Radio on November 14 to discuss her new book! You can listen to Karen’s first interview on Goddess Alive Radio here and tune in on Friday.
